2.4 acres of edible landscape – 75 apple trees, grafted with 200 varieties, many plums, pluots, mulberries, apricot, nectarines, figs, cherry, peach, persimmon, Euro and Asian pears, pomegranates, paw paws, eugenias, jaboticaba,many citrus, medlar, guabiju, lucuma, berries, many edible cactus, 30+ varieties of white sapote on multi-grafted trees, macadamia, 30 varieties of avocado on multi-grafted trees, 20+ varieties of cherimoya on multi-grafted trees, plus a greenhouse for propagation. All planted among native and South African plants and raised beds for vegetables.
