July 12 will be the the last day to register for tours or request a refund

We’re expecting a good crowd this year, so we recommend registering ahead of time. Use the links below to buy tickets and sign up for the talks and tours.

If you prefer to sign up for speakers or tours at another time, rather than at the same time as registering, you must do so by creating a new order. Unless a tour involves a fee, you will not go through PayPal on an order placed for speakers or tours. You will simply “Checkout” from the page that shows your “Cart”. After being placed, you will receive an email showing your additional order.

Orders once placed cannot be re-opened and changed. If you wish to make a change to an order already placed, you must “contact us” so the webmaster can make a change.

Please note: You can pay online with a credit card or PayPal account, or mail us a check after registering. If you pay with a check, your registration will not be finalized until the check arrives. This may mean that tickets sell out before it’s completed, so definitely get your order in early if using this payment method.

Each person must register separately and buy a ticket for the Festival to attend the optional events.

You must register for the conference itself (admission and lunch) in order for your place to be held for speakers and for tours.

Festival Registration and Meals

Festival registration includes a box lunch on Saturday with a sandwich or salad served with condiments, potato chips, cookie and beverage. Your options for lunch appear when you select your ticket for the event.

The Friday Reception and Saturday Dinner are optional events, and we encourage you all to join us and your fellow fruit growers over some tasty food. You should register for these events along with your festival tickets to ensure your spot.

Friday Reception: The Friday reception will be at Emma Prusch Park in San Jose, at 5:30pm. We’ll enjoy a variety of finger foods, small plates and beverages. You can pick up your registration packets and meet CRFG members from all over. We’ll also have tours of the three orchards at the park.

Saturday Dinner: Join us for a final keynote and dinner after a day of great speakers. Buffet includes baked chicken, BBQ tri-tip, grilled salmon, or stuffed portobello mushroom (vegetarian and gluten-free) served with green salad, rice, grilled vegetables, dessert and beverage.

Early Registration (prices will go up after May 31)

Talks and Tours

Talks and tours are included in your registration, and need to be registered for separately so we can ensure the right number of spots for each slot. Check out the Talks and Tours pages to add these to your registration before checking out.
